Red Centre Tae-Kwon-Do
Forms Listing

Listed Below are the Forms taught and practiced at Red Centre Tae-Kwon-Do. Although each belt level may only have a couple of forms as students progress through the levels they are responsible to improve their performance on all the forms at their level and below. When tested students must complete the forms for there belt level and one or more "surprise" forms from a previous belt level.

During workouts the class either breaks up into belt levels for forms or forms are done in reverse belt order starting with White Belt forms and the class lined up White Belts in front through Black Belts in back. As each belt level completes their forms they move to the back of the class to work on the bags or Three Step with the new belt levels moving forward for more forms. This allows students to practice all the forms they are responsible for and provides for an excellent work out.

All forms are used to develop speed and focus to assist the student in the ability to deliver a swift and powerful blow to a target.
